Stabling

Low Meadows offers ample stabling and turnout. Our stables are divided into several well serviced yards with good sized boxes that are light and well ventilated. Our grazing is separated into small herds of either mares or geldings, spread across several well maintained paddocks.

Exercise

For those in the mood for some schooling we have a rubber surfaced, floodlit, outdoor arena, as well as a sand fibre indoor arena. For those who would prefer a ride out we have a mile-round, sand surfaced gallop and are fortunate to be located on a bridleway and adjoining the Lanchester Valley Walk, which provides hours of picturesque, safe, off-road hacking. In the drier summer months we also boast a grass dressage and show jumping paddock.

Ethos

Our yard has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, where people come to enjoy spending time with their horses. We prefer a natural, calm and non-violent approach to horse care and welcome those who feel the same.
